About us
A local Edinburgh company that gets you there on time
RTransfer is a locally run private hire company at Edinburgh Airport. For over 12 years we've been meeting travellers in arrivals and driving them home, to their hotel or across Scotland.
Our story
Started at Edinburgh Airport, still here every day
We started with a simple idea: when someone lands after a long flight, the last thing they need is a queue, a meter running in traffic or a driver who doesn't turn up. So we track every flight, wait in arrivals with a name board and agree the price before anyone sets off.
More than 12 years later, that hasn't changed. We've grown to a fleet of 20 vehicles, but we're still locally run, and the person who answers your WhatsApp works in the business every day.
[The owner's own story will go here: how and why the company started.]
