How long will my driver wait for me?
At the airport, waiting is free for 60 minutes after your flight lands. For pickups from hotels, homes and other addresses, waiting is free for 15 minutes from your booked pickup time. After that, extra waiting may be charged at £1 per minute.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight, so your pickup time moves with it at no extra cost. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after you land. After that, extra waiting may be charged at £1 per minute.
How much is a transfer from Edinburgh Airport to the city centre?
A fixed £48 one way in a saloon car, all in. Book a return trip together and you save 10%, so it is £86.40 for both journeys.
Where will my driver meet me?
Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall holding a name board, and messages you on WhatsApp when you land.
How far ahead should I book?
Please book at least 24 hours before pickup. We run 24/7, including early-morning and late-night flights.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are free on request. Add them when you book or mention them in your WhatsApp message.
Is this a shared shuttle?
No. Every journey is private and door to door, priced per car, not per person.
What happens if I leave something in the car?
Your driver will contact you to arrange its return for a small fee. If we cannot reach you, we hand it to police lost property and let you know.
How quickly do you reply to messages?
We reply to bookings and messages within 8 hours at the latest, usually much sooner.
How do I get the return discount?
Book both journeys together, online or on WhatsApp, and we take 10% off the total.
How can I pay?
By card online when you book, by card in the car, or in cash. Invoices are available on request.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Yes, we have access to one or two wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Please book at least 72 hours ahead.
Can I bring my dog?
Guide dogs and other assistance dogs always travel free. We are not able to carry pets.
Do you have electric cars?
Yes. Part of our fleet is electric (Tesla, MG and a Volkswagen electric SUV) or hybrid (Hyundai Ioniq). Ask for an electric car when you book and we will send one where available.
