Quick answer
RTransfer pays partners 5% of every completed booking their guests or followers make, rising to 7% in any month with 20 or more completed bookings, plus a £10 welcome bonus once their first 3 guests have travelled. Partners get their own booking link and code; bookings are tracked automatically for 30 days and paid monthly by bank transfer once the balance reaches £100. It is free to join, and suits Airbnb and holiday-let hosts, hotels and B&Bs, travel agents and travel bloggers.

Every booking is real money for a service your guests need anyway: a private, pre-booked car from Edinburgh Airport with a fixed price, flight tracking and a driver waiting in arrivals. See our prices and fleet.
How it works, step by step
- Apply. Fill in the short partner application. It takes two minutes.
- Get your link and code. We send you a personal booking link (for example
edinburghrporttransfer.co.uk/book.html?ref=YOURCODE) and a short code your guests can type when they book. - Share it. In your welcome message, check-in guide, booking confirmation emails, reception QR stand, website or social media.
- Earn. When a guest books through your link or code and travels, the trip is credited to you. We send a statement and pay you every month.
Anyone who opens your link is credited to you for 30 days, even if they book later on their phone or in our app. If they book by phone or WhatsApp, they just mention your code.
What you could earn
These examples use our real fares: £48 for a saloon between the airport and the city centre, and £86.40 for a return. Your earnings depend on how many guests book.
| Partner | Completed bookings a month | Bookings value | You earn a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Holiday-let host, 2 flats | 6 one-way trips at £48 | £288 | £14.40 |
| Guest house, 8 rooms | 15 returns at £86.40 | £1,296 | £64.80 |
| Hotel or travel agent | 25 returns at £86.40 | £2,160 | £151.20 (7% busy month) |
Add the £10 welcome bonus after your first three trips. Larger vehicles, such as people carriers and minibuses for families and groups, earn you more per trip.
Why it works for Airbnb and holiday-let hosts
Your guests ask the same question in almost every message: how do we get from the airport? Recommending a driver you trust answers it once, earns you money and makes check-in smoother.
- Calmer arrivals. The driver tracks the flight and messages your guest, so you know roughly when they will reach the door.
- Late flights covered. Pickups run 24/7, so guests landing at midnight are not stuck in the taxi queue.
- Better reviews. A smooth arrival is the first thing guests remember about their stay.
- Easy to share. Paste your link into your welcome message or digital guidebook once, and it keeps working.
Why it works for hotels, B&Bs and guest houses
- A QR code stand for reception and a ready-written line for your booking confirmation emails.
- Fixed prices agreed before travel, so no surprises for your guests and no complaints at the desk.
- Your team can book for guests by phone or WhatsApp and quote your code.
- Bigger cars for families, golfers and groups: see our golf transfers and wedding transport.
Why it works for travel agents and tour operators
- One local operator for single travellers, families and groups of up to eight per vehicle.
- Airport, city-to-city and day-tour transfers across Scotland, with flight tracking on every airport pickup.
- Commission on your clients' trips, or a business account if you prefer to book and invoice.
Why it works for travel bloggers and creators
If you write or film about Scotland, your readers need to get from the airport to their hotel. Add your link to posts about where to stay, Edinburgh's Christmas markets, Hogmanay, golf trips or student arrivals, and earn on every trip it brings.
Winter is a strong season to start. Edinburgh's Christmas market runs from 14 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, and the Hogmanay Street Party is on 31 December. Our Christmas and Hogmanay travel guide and where to stay in Edinburgh guides are good pages to link alongside your own.
What your guests get
- A fixed price per car, not per person, agreed before travel.
- A driver waiting in arrivals with a name board: see how our meet and greet works.
- Flight tracking and 60 minutes' free waiting after landing.
- Free child seats on request, and 10% off when they book a return.
- Pay online by card or PayPal, or pay the driver by cash or card.
How tracking and payment work
We track every booking for you. When a guest uses your link or code, our booking system records it against your account and shows it on our dispatch board, so nothing is lost. At the end of each month we work out your commission on completed bookings (cancelled bookings do not count) and send you a statement. Once your balance reaches £100 we pay it by bank transfer; smaller balances carry over to the next month.
How to join
Fill in the partner application, or message us on WhatsApp. We will reply with your link and code, a short text you can paste into guest messages, and a QR code for your reception or welcome book.
