If your flight is delayed or lands early, you do not need to do anything: we track your flight and your driver arrives for the real landing time, with 60 minutes’ free waiting from touchdown. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, message us as soon as you can so we can move or cancel the booking.

Delayed or early flights
This is why we ask for your flight number. Your driver follows the flight and arrives for the time it actually lands, so a two-hour delay costs you nothing extra. The 60 minutes of free waiting start when the plane touches down.
Stuck at passport control or baggage reclaim
Sixty minutes covers most arrivals, but busy days and lost luggage happen. Turn your phone on as soon as you land and message your driver if you are held up. Extra waiting may be charged at £1 per minute if you agree. If we cannot reach you and you do not appear within 60 minutes of landing, the booking is treated as a no-show.
Diverted flights
Bad weather in winter can divert flights, for example to Glasgow or Aberdeen. Message us as soon as you know and we will tell you what we can arrange. A different pickup point changes the journey, so any new price is agreed with you first.
Cancelled flights
Let us know straight away. If you rebook your flight, we can move your transfer to the new time. Our cancellation terms: more than 24 hours before pickup, a full refund; less than 24 hours, refunds may be limited or unavailable; no-shows are not refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
