The programme is free to join. It is open to Airbnb and holiday-let hosts, serviced apartments, hotels, B&Bs and guest houses, travel agents, tour operators, wedding and event planners, golf organisers and travel bloggers.
What partners get
- 5% commission on every completed booking they refer.
- 7% on all bookings in any month with 20 or more completed trips.
- A £10 welcome bonus once their first three guests have travelled.
- Their own booking link and code. Bookings are tracked automatically for 30 days, including bookings made later in the RTransfer app.
- Monthly payment by bank transfer once the balance reaches £100.

Why now
The launch comes ahead of Edinburgh's busiest winter season. The city's Christmas market runs from 14 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, and the Hogmanay Street Party is on 31 December. Many visitors land late at night and ask their host or hotel how to get into the city.
"Hosts and hotels answer the same question every day: how do we get from the airport?" said an RTransfer spokesperson. "Now they can recommend a fixed-price, flight-tracked transfer they trust, and earn from every booking. Their guests get a driver waiting in arrivals, even at two in the morning."
A festive offer for partners' guests
Until 22 December 2026, new customers get £5 off their first booking. Partners still earn commission on those bookings.
