An RTransfer airport transfer has a fixed price that includes meet and greet, flight tracking and 60 minutes’ free waiting after landing (15 minutes for hotel and home pickups). Extra charges may apply only for waiting beyond that at £1 per minute, extra stops, parking, changes after confirmation, or cleaning and damage. We agree any change with you first.
What your fixed price includes

Waiting time in detail
For airport pickups, the 60 free minutes start when your flight lands, which covers passport control and baggage reclaim on most flights. If you are delayed after that, for example by lost luggage, message your driver. Extra waiting may be charged at £1 per minute if you agree. If we cannot reach you and you do not appear within 60 minutes, the booking is treated as a no-show and is not refunded. See what happens if your flight is delayed or cancelled.

We are not responsible for extra costs caused by incorrect information, such as a wrong address or date. Check your booking confirmation when it arrives, and use our booking checklist.
How to pay less
- Book a return: 10% off when both journeys are booked together.
- Share the car: prices are per vehicle, not per person.
